ATRIA Consulting, LLC partners with trusted telecom providers to enable ATRIA Consulting, LLC and its clients to communicate with their contacts, candidates, and employees via SMS or MMS regarding employment opportunities and/or current job assignments. SMS is intended for concise communications and is not designed for large data transfers, such as transmitting candidates' CVs/resumes or other large files.

Data surrounding the opt-in consent for SMS communication is strictly managed and is never transferred to third-party entities. In certain cases, personal information, such as employees' mobile phone numbers, may be shared with trusted background check or payroll partners solely for purposes of communication, access, and validation. Aside from these specific cases, ATRIA Consulting, LLC does not share mobile numbers or any other data for marketing or other purposes, nor does it sell personal data for any purpose.

Whether employees’ data is shared with trusted partners or not, employees remain part of the talent platform and/or managed workforce associated with ATRIA Consulting, LLC’s clients. As a result, ATRIA Consulting, LLC and its clients may continue to engage with employees via SMS or MMS regarding employment, as their original opt-in for such communication is not revoked by the recipient.
